Yaron S is probably the only Punto HGT on Puntopower.com with a NOS kit (Nitrous Oxide System). Yaron uses such kit for drag racing and it gives the car a real 50 HP overshot. More information about such kit is available here.

What does Yaron S say about his NOS kit?

My NOS kit is a wet kit and it gives good results - last week during a drag race, I took on a Clio phase B RS Sport and Golf VR6 with some mods ie - the Clio was original condition - no mods but without the NOS it took me easily!
With the NOS on I was about 15 cars front of him! The Golf VR6 had some mods like cams and high compression, it has an estimated power of 212bhp. Sure he was really in shock to see me taking him up to 200km/h! The Golf VR6 is also about 150 kg more so it's easy to beat it.

About the NOS kit - I have a button at the cockpit and on my throttle body an electric trigger, which opens the fuel and NOS at full throttle only. I deliver it only from 2nd gear on up to 15 seconds, which is enough to go up to 5th gear and enough to take almost on any car.

I really want to try my car also against some Subaru Impreza WRX, without major mods on it - hard to find such cars... With the NOS on the Punto HGT goes mad, but it doesn't spin wheels or makes noise; it is just going faster.

I was told that my HGT spits fire from its tail due to a lot of fuel which tells us I have a very rich carburation on it.
This is due to the fact I didn't heated the bottle enough that day. I had this light that goes on sometimes when I use the NOS - this is a red light of error in the injection system.

It doesn't look bad, I think its good cause it shows me the NOS is working and I have enough of it. I think that light goes to say the system recognize to much fuel or oxigen in the engine and more likely oxigen causes when the NOS is off the light is off too(even with the extra fuel alone when I tried it).
