What's Punto Abarth?
Here there is some information about Fiat Punto Abarth, Mk2. It can not be
considered a real Abarth car, because it does not sport more racing mechanical
characteristics versus the other Punto models, like the Fiat Abarth cars everybody
admired in the past.
People mean something really
racing for Abarth, such as Fiat 131 Abarth, Fiat Ritmo Abarth, Fiat 500 Abarth,
Fiat 600 Abarth. The Fiat Punto Abarth is a Punto HGT with a bodykit:
- different light-alloy wheels
- front spoiler
- lower rear spoiler
- side skirts with Abarth logo
- upper rear spoiler
- gear stick in aluminium
- park brake stick in aluminium
- sport pedals set
- customized driving wheel
The price for Italian market is 19005 Euro.
Somebody is still confused about what Fiat calls Punto Abarth, because the aesthetic
kit is available also for any other owner of Fiat Punto Mk2. If you got a Punto
HGT, a Sporting Mk2 or any other Punto, as the SX, the ELX, the HLX, you may install
the Abarth bodykit buying it separately.
